‘Sea of Clouds’ turns an unknown farm village into a famous tourist destination in the Philippines

Binuangan, Dupax del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya, PH – The sky is the limit for a small farming village in the Philippines which is now experiencing a shocking wave of tourists drawn by a beautiful cloud formation which is dubbed by many as the ‘Sea of Clouds’.
