Impersonation: Pretending to be a staff member, another player, or any other individual without authorization.

Advertising: Promoting other servers, websites, or products that are unrelated to PSRP without prior consent from the administration.

Spamming: Sending unsolicited or irrelevant messages to other users or staff members.

Inappropriate Content: Posting or sharing content that is sexually explicit, racist, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful or illegal.

Selling Accounts or Items: Selling or trading in-game items, accounts, or other virtual assets for real money or other services.

Violations of these rules may result in penalties, including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans, depending on the severity of the violation.

6. Content Ownership

All content created and provided by Pacific Standard Roleplay, including but not limited to game assets, scripts, textures, and any other intellectual property, remains the sole property of Pacific Standard Roleplay or its respective owners. You agree not to copy, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content from the server or website without explicit permission from us.

You retain ownership of any user-generated content you upload to the server, including roleplay-related submissions, but by submitting such content, you grant PSRP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display your content on the server.

7. Server and Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or modify your access to Pacific Standard Roleplay at our discretion and without notice for any violation of these Terms of Service or any behavior we deem inappropriate or harmful to the server or community.

You can request an appeal if your access is revoked, but the decision of the administration is final
